Applications for Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASS) subjects for the 1st semester of the 2026/2027 academic year will be open until 17 July, with the results to be published on the 24th of that month.

All undergraduate students at Instituto Superior Técnico are eligible to take HASS subjects offered across various schools within Universidade de Lisboa, thereby enhancing the academic experience for Técnico students.

Upon completing the application, a reservation for the selected HASS subject will be automatically made. Students must then confirm this reservation during the semester enrollment process through the Fénix system. If a reservation is not made in advance, the subject will not be available on the platform, and enrolment will not be possible.

The HASS subjects may account for up to 9 ECTS credits in the undergraduate curriculum.
