About ATI
The main mission of the Information Technology Department (ATI) at Oeiras Campus is to ensure the support and development of the Instituto Superior Técnico’s IT services, with a particular focus on supporting IT infrastructure, user support and services specific to the Oeiras Campus. All its activities are carried out in close collaboration with the Computational Infrastructure Directorate.
Main areas of activity:
- Administration and management of the Oeiras Campus communications network
- Management, configuration and maintenance of IT and telecommunications equipment
- Administration of technology infrastructure services
- Planning and monitoring technological developments in the Oeiras Campus infrastructure
- Management and maintenance of the Oeiras Campus data centre
- Management and maintenance of the LTI laboratories at the Oeiras Campus
- Support for the installation and configuration of IT services and software
- Support and management of IT services supporting administrative activities
