By participating in “Experimenta o Técnico”, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know the university beyond what you’d normally see from the outside.
Throughout the programme, you will be able to:

1. Application
Submit your application until 4 October 2026.
2. Lessons
Weekly workload of 9 hours, divided across the following subjects:

3. Project
During the first few weeks, you will be introduced to different laboratories, scientific fields and project opportunities. From November 1 to 15, 2026, choose the area that interests you most and join a team. Throughout the academic year, you will work on your project under the guidance of lecturers and mentors. At the end of the programme, you will present the results of your work to the community.
The programme is aimed at high school students who are curious, motivated and keen to learn more about higher education.
You don’t need to know everything from the start. You just need to be eager to explore, try new things and challenge yourself.
